We are construction professionals and do everything we can in house allowing us to build for less and have instant equity on each unit completed.
Our target is a 15% annual ROI as income and capital appreciation.
We currently own 2 parcels of land with architectural and structural engineering plans in the works. We plan on growing our portfolio as we begin to cashflow and maintain capital reserves.
We are looking for no more than 33 investors to maintain our private offering status and are raising only an additional $2M in capital. Maximum of $120K per investor.
